As a personable Chartered Accountant (CPA & ACCA) from an artistic family, Niss understands the disconnect between creative and business realms.
A passionate dancer herself, she deeply appreciates the unique challenges faced by artists. Inspired by her journey & love for the arts, she founded FLARE to revolutionize how creative individuals & innovative startups approach financial literacy & operational excellence, infusing business management with a touch of flare. Through strategic alliances and a commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial spirit, Niss is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of creative endeavours.

My name is Stella Alkhouri, as the Executive Director for Client Relations & Development at FLARE i will be dedicated to leading strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, and create a community impact. I am deeply committed to creating curated client experiences that are personalized to each of our clients' needs. I aim to build within the ecosystem that FLARE provides, to secure everything artist entrepreneurs need in one place-connections, networks, financial growth, and aid. By having my goals align with FLARE‘s vision, I strive to empower artists to thrive and succeed by providing them tailored support and resources.

Brenda is a film, visual effects and design enthusiast, with over five years of experience in the visual effects and media sector.
Her commitment to continuous learning inspired her to pursue a Master’s degree in Visual Effects, allowing her to contribute and deliver diverse feature films in an international visual effects and computer animation studio.
She has gathered a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise throughout her career, bringing them to FLARE to create and innovate with other artists.
